Elli made her Bollywood debut by comedy thriller Mickey Virus Opposite Manish Paul in 2013. She played the role of Kamayani George.Before her Bollywood debut, she took a formal training in Hindi Pronunciation. Elli also appeared in famous Indian TV reality show Big Boss 7 in 2013 as a contestant and spent ten weeks in Big Boss house. In 2015 Elli played the role of Deepika in the box office hit Kis Kisko Pyar Karoon opposite famous Comedian Kapil Sharma. She also appeared in Bollywood movie Naam Shabana(2017) and Poster Boys(2017).
Elli AvrRam is going to debut in Tamil and Kanada film industry in remakes of Queen in 2018, Paris Paris and Butterfly. She will play the role of Lisa Haydon character of Queen.
